We studied the results of 200,000 respondents from 30+ countries and 50+ languages to The Birkman Method assessment over five years (from 2007 to 2012). Only sample sets with more than 200 respondents were analyzed, and they were compared to a US norm set of 4,300 respondents.
From this analysis, we saw:
- Very few differences among languages and cultures when compared to US sample
- More differences are found WITHIN languages and cultures than ACROSS languages and cultures
