How can I access the Birkman Mindset Report?

As an advanced report, the Mindset report is only available to Birkman Certified Professionals after having completed either the Mindset eLearning or the 2-day Mindset Workshop.

The Mindset eLearning can be purchased through the Birkman Learning System (BLS), and once complete you will be able to set up a Birkman Mindset account.  You will be provided your Mindset report as well as two coupons for additional Mindset reports to use as practice as you are getting started.

The Mindset Workshop is a two-day classroom training that more deeply explores:

• What drives the outward personality that others experience
• How we judge our experiences in a social context
• Which common perspectives may not align with our personal mindset
• How to leverage the power of other perspectives
• To challenge others to see the value of differences in mindset in teams
