Challenge and Freedom Information - Where Can I Find It?

Challenge and Freedom are two Birkman scales that were once available as part of the Birkman Components in our "classic" reporting; however, Challenge and Freedom are more attitudinal rather than behavioral in nature, and therefore never really belonged with the other nine behavior Components.  In our new reporting, Challenge and Freedom are being replaced by the Birkman Perspectives scale Image Management.  Image Management is one of the six Birkman Perspectives scales and will be provided as a standalone report beginning February 2022.  Image Management will only be available in our Professional and Premier reporting packages.

Additionally, the Birkman Mindset report is currently available if you are interested in diving deeper into all six of the Perspectives scales.  The Birkman Mindset report requires additional training prior to use and is sold as a separate reporting package.  Please contact your Birkman Account Manager for more information.
