Where can I learn more about the changes made when the Birkman Signature Report was released?

Birkman has created several award-winning e-learning modules that explain the changes and the benefits of these changes. The e-learning modules are available on the Birkman Learning System (BLS). Access to the BLS is different from your BirkmanDirect login. To access the BLS, you must login at https://learning.birkman.com. If you have never logged in to this site before, you can try logging in using your email address as your Username and Birkman1 as the temporary password. Once you have logged in, you will be asked to change your password. If you have any difficulty logging in you can contact us at [e-mail] or 713-623-2760 and someone can assist you.

Once logged in, the e-learning modules can be viewed from the section titled: Birkman Next. After you click the Birkman Next icon, a new screen will appear. At this new screen, you will see Birkman Next: Curriculum. You will either be asked to Enroll or Launch this section.  Click Enroll or Launch and follow the required steps. Each module is approximately 15-20 minutes and consists of material on why we made the changes, as well as what these changes are. THIS E-LEARNING CURRICULUM IS FREE TO EXPERIENCE.
