Please note: The Differences to Watch report is only available in classic reporting. The Birkman Comparative Report is the replacement report in the new reporting.
The Differences to Watch report can be ordered in the peer-to-peer relationship format. This format is used when the two people being compared are peers or are in a situation where terminology for the two should be as equals.
The primary-to-secondary format is used when there is a distinction in the relationship as to authority or job title. An example of this is an employee and his or her supervisor.
The difference between these two formats is the language utilized to describe behaviors. The areas described do not change, only the phrasing of the difference changes. If you are in doubt about which style to use, we recommend the peer-to-peer. This is to ensure that no feelings get hurt and no offense is taken in the phrasing of the two people's differences.
