Database Transfer Fees
What is a database transfer?
A database transfer is when an individual’s Birkman information is copied from one individual’s/organization’s database to another separate individual’s/organization’s database. For example, a report moved from:
Client Consultant ………. to … Independent Consultant database transfer
Independent Consultant ………. to … Client Consultant database transfer
Client Consultant … to … Client Consultant database transfer
Independent Consultant … to … Independent Consultant database transfer
1) Transferring a report between two separate databases is priced the same as an original report (price is dependent on the requesting party’s report price). A transfer in this manner is considered a new processing of the individual.
2) Client Consultants signing up for their own BirkmanDirect account may transfer a database that they have already paid for through an Independent Consultant. This transfer may be completed at no charge provided the request is made at the time of set-up and provided Birkman is given specific reports/names to transfer. There is no charge for this service for a three-month period following the request and set-up of the new account. After the three-month period is complete database transfers are priced at $5 per name.
3) To transfer from one company to a new company, the respondent will need to complete a Birkman Release Form, giving you permission to have access to the results. Completed forms should be returned to firstname.lastname@example.org.
