How does The Birkman Method compare with other assessments?

• Most personality assessments only ask about the individual. (“Answer these statements about yourself.”)
• The Birkman Method integrates how an individual sees themselves AND how they also see other people.
• Usual Behavior (personality) with Needs (social perceptions) provide a stronger dynamic than Usual Behavior alone.
• Birkman adds occupational interests as a further piece of information complementary to the behavioral Components.

The Birkman Method and the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI):

• HPI is Five Factor Model–based.
• HPI does not measure Needs (social perceptions).
