Birkman and Data Privacy

At Birkman, we take data privacy and security seriously. That's why we've maintained a level of security that either meets or exceeds regulations in the US and abroad. In 2000, we self-certified with the EU-US and Swiss-US Safe Harbor Frameworks, and then in 2016 we self-certified with its replacement, Privacy Shield. These policies and procedures are referenced in our Privacy Policy.  

Now, Birkman is committed to maintaining compliance with the latest regulations in data privacy and security, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The EU's GDPR will go into effect on May 25, 2018 and ensures right to privacy for its citizens.
