We want every visitor of our systems to have the best possible experience, and we understand differences in browser technology make creating systems that perform identically a challenging task. When browser vendors discontinue support for their products, we must evaluate if continuing to support technology is cost-effective and secure for both Birkman and our users.
On June 15, 2022, Microsoft will cease supporting Internet Explorer, its most prolific operating system. Due to the large installed base of a product that will not be receiving security updates, we must choose to discontinue our support for this tool. Starting June 15, 2022, Birkman will cease support for Internet Explorer as a mechanism for accessing our products. If you continue using it after this date, you may not have the same functionality as using another supported browser.
Our systems currently work with a wide range of fully supported browsers listed below.
Birkman supports the following web browsers:
- Microsoft Edge: latest release version and 4 prior versions
- Firefox: latest release version and 3 prior versions
- Google Chrome: latest release version and 3 prior versions
- Apple Safari: latest release version and 1 prior version
Supported platforms vary by product. BirkmanDirect, the administration portal, is available on desktop platforms. The Birkman Method questionnaire is available on desktop, mobile and tablet platforms.
