Change a Password in BirkmanDirect

• Log into your BirkmanDirect account
• Click My Account Information located at the bottom right corner of the screen
• Scroll down to the section “Change Password” and click the appropriate icon
• A new window will appear, and you will be asked to provide your current password as well as enter and confirm the new password
• Click the submit button – you should immediately receive a message saying “update successful”
• Your password has been changed
